Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Solubuild LLC ("Solubuild", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit solubuild.com or use our applications, including the Field Inspection mobile app and related web portals (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, company and role, provided by you or by the administrator of your organization.
- Work content: projects, locations, notes, inspection entries, photos, videos, documents and reports that you or your organization create in the Services.
- Photo and device metadata: date, time and, when you allow it, the location where a photo was taken, used to document inspections.
- Technical information: device type, operating system, app version and error logs, used to keep the Services working and secure.
We do not collect payment card information through the apps, and we do not use advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Services: store and sync your work, generate reports, and share content with the people and companies your organization authorizes.
- To manage accounts, permissions and security.
- To provide support and communicate with you about the Services.
- To maintain and improve the Services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your work content for advertising.
3. Who owns your content
Content created in the Services belongs to you or to the organization you work for. Your organization's administrators control who can access it. When a project is shared with another company (for example, a client), that company can see only what has been shared with it.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Services, such as cloud hosting and database providers, file storage and email services. They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. If your organization connects an external service (for example, a cloud drive for report delivery), copies of content are sent to that service according to your organization's settings.
5. Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls that separate each organization's information. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of security incidents as required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep content for as long as your organization's account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Because inspection records often serve as legal and technical evidence, your organization decides how long project records are kept. You may request deletion of your user account by emailing thomas@solubuild.com; we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are required to keep it by law or by your organization's records obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can control camera, photo library and location permissions at any time in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
8. Children
The Services are intended for professional use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will be communicated to account administrators.
